Music Curriculum

7th Grade

Course Purpose:

Students will investigate the history of music in American protest movements and examine the intersection of music and drama in musical theater.

Outcomes and Components:

FA.7M.4 Students will perform a selection of appropriate vocal and instrumental music, in large and small groups, from a variety of cultures and traditions, including at least one student-composed piece.
