Course Purpose:

Students will measure personal fitness data, and research how nutrition and external factors affect our ability to attain individual goals.

Outcomes and Components:

HPE.7.1

Students will use personal fitness data and the principles of FITT training to create goals and monitor progress for achievement and preparedness to learn.
