Course Purpose:

Students will set individual fitness goals, and use positive decision making skills to understand how outside factors can affect their personal health.

Outcomes and Components:

HPE.5.2

Students will develop one measurable goal focused on a specific component of physical activity and monitor goal progress, with guidance and support.
