Course Purpose:

Students will use complex movement patterns to better understand offensive and defensive strategies, and determine how outside factors can impact personal health.

Students will perform complex movement patterns in group activities, distinguishing between offense and defense, while demonstrating and encouraging sportsmanship and fair play.
