Course Purpose:

Students will engage in skill and fitness-related activities to increase cardiovascular endurance, strength, and flexibility.

Students will participate in individual competitive situations with moderate to vigorous activity, demonstrate fair play and sportsmanship, while refining locomotor and non-locomotor movement patterns.
